Thank you so much for doing the catering for Ros’s birthday celebration yesterday. Everything (the weather could have been better) went very well from our point of view, and everyone thought the catering was marvelous.

All the food was of great quality – The meat was beautifully cooked and all the marinades were very tasty. It was great that you had the cooling van to make sure that the salads and desserts kept their freshness until they were served. Excellent organisation – very professional and calm.

I just wanted to put in writing my thanks to you and your team for an absolutely wonderful job on Saturday night. The ‘girls’ were working in really unpleasant heat but managed to smile their way through the evening. The food was excellent and enjoyed by everybody. If only I’d known in advance that the weather wouldn’t let me down and that you would provide such an expert service – I’d have been able to sleep during the past several weeks!

Firstly thank you very much for Saturday evening and please thank Kay and Karen as well. Charlotte and I thought the food was delicious, and it has featured in a number of the emails and texts we’ve had since the party as well!.

I just wanted to thank you again for making my party such a success on Saturday. I have received so many compliments (to you) for the lovely food – the salmon was especially appreciated and the fresh salads. I (and others) was also impressed with the waitresses. I know when we first met to talk about the party I mentioned that I did not want to do anything during the evening, and with their smooth, unobtrusive service – I didn’t – they took care of everything and everyone. So very many thanks to you, and your team for a truely professional service.
